What I Require Is I Have A Thread On RULE'S With A Post On Rules And Regulations..
When A Member Logs In To Forum I Want Him To Firstly Go Straight To That Thread Or Post..

If There Is A Way For Them To Accept The Post Or Thread, Or Even Say Thank You. That Is How They Would Be Then Transfered To The Main Forum..

PS. My Forum Requires You To Login First Before Forum Is Viewable..
