1. There are a couple of image resize modifications here that will automatically resize any images over a certain size.

2. I don't know the templates offhand to remove those columns, but you can find them by turning on: vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Then edit those templates to remove that column.

3. Again, check in the source code with the template names (as outlined in 2 above) and I think you will find something about a spacer? I couldn't tell you for sure without seeing the source code.
