Ive installed the mod, set permissions however when I goto www.mysite.com/vbfclassifieds.php it just loads a blank white page.

What vB version are you using?
At vbulletin->Options->Header and Cookies try to change compression off
Seeing your webpage right click on it to see the code. Does it has anything more than header and body tags?
With a text editor (like notepad) open vbfclassifieds.php, scroll down to the end and check if there is any empty line after symbol ?> If there is, remove it, save and upload.
