I love your welcome header, I'd love to know how people modify Ted S' hack to do this, I think it looks great.
Colors are boring and drab. Grey is lame, especially multiple grays. It just kind of puts me to sleep.
Might want to lose Active Members Percentage, it's not a positive statistic at 22%.
Forum setup is decent, could be shortened and condensed but overall good layout.
I like the front page, it shows a lot of information, good content, polls, articles, and video.
Final Comments - Overall everything looks good, clean, nice layout, etc. On the plus side, active, good content, on the bad side horrible color scheme and the images for buttons or gifs are just strange. Construction Cones for User Rank? What does that have to do with your blue/gray layout and/or Delaware.
