thanks! for the life of me i can never remember where to edit that bit of code. lol. as for the "security" problem that was mentioned, i only see it being an issue of security on a public computer. like at a library or at work where somebody else that frequents your site would use the same computer. not really an issue on my board, as most of them are well aware of the "security issues" that this edit causes ... but if thats the norm for your users then i would suggest for you to simply not to do it.
