Open up [product] vMail (English).xml

Find:

	<dependencies>
		<dependency dependencytype="vbulletin" minversion="3.6.0" maxversion="3.7" />
	</dependencies>

And remove it from the file.

Then you install the product as you would with any other mod. You may wish to backup database in case of problems.
