it does, if the game takes more than 3 seconds to submit a score then the score will timeout. The cheat program they use to cheat takes about 2 seconds to open, and another couple of seconds to actually change the data. So they would time out long before they could cheat. Meaning, no more cheating

They were using a plugin for firefox called Tamper Data. Look it up.
