Hi Darkwaltz,

Thanks for your response. I have checked over the above settings and they all appear to be in order - visibility is set to "everyone", and the example usergroup (Admin, which I am part of) is set to "no" regarding being excluded from VBPoints. I can't see the other 2 admin's credits on their profile and they are part of the same group with that setting.

So I am not too sure what else it could be.

Would appreciate any further help in identifying the problem!
