Hi Folks,

I'm having alot of trouble with one section of my board, It's buying and selling Tickets, It's gotten very busy and messy, Nobody is reading the Sticky rules for that Section...

I'm looking for somthing that will force them to read somthing in that section either on Entrie such As ( Are you Selling ? Are you Buying ? Trading ? Etc Linking to the rules etc ) Or making them agree or read somthing before posting a new topic..

I've not seen any kind of modifcation like this,
