Thanks for this excellent mod! I saved my old setting from Welcome Headers and easily transferred them.

A note to others upgrading: I had to actually uinstall the old version, and reinstall this mod: overwriting it wouldn't do it. It took me a bit to realize it hadn't installed completely, but I was able to tell because it didn't have the new default notices.

And yes, registrations and posting have been up since I added welcome headers.
