The vb integration script is not free. You need to contact Olaf to purchase it. That link is to just the tracker itself. I'm sure if you purchase his integration script then he will help you install the tracker.

And, besides that, the place to ask for help with modifications is in the modification thread, forum, or site, or in this case from the person you purchase it from.
