Hi I'm the original designer of your style.

you have to look at its Main CSS.
style manager> graduate> Main CSS> Additional CSS info
Seek for:
.graduate_logo {
background-image: url(images/graduate/graduate_logo.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
height: 158px;
width: 251px;
}

and there you find the name of the actual logo.
I just put transparent spacer in header template.

create something and name it to graduate_logo.gif or just rename the image in that css to your image and upload to its folder.
