Basically I would like the forum to automaticly make a happy birthday thread and sticky it when it's a forum member's birthday.

It should check to see if a thread needs to be made every morning at 12:01, create a thread title using a list of title options, and sticky it.

What do I mean by "title options"? Well, I want to be able to make a list of random ways of saying happy birthday.

IE:

• Happy B-Day, UserName/s (age/s)!
• Merry BirthDay, UserName/s (age/s)!
• You're Getting OLD, UserName/s (age/s)!
• Happy 'Fell Out of Your Mother' Day, UserName/s (age/s)!

An example thread of a single birthday would look like so:

• Happy Birthday, DISLEX (27)!

An example thread of multiply birthdays would look like so:

• Happy Birthday, DISLEX (27) & MonkeyPants (19)!

If needed, we are using vB3.6.9, but should be using 3.7 in a couple of days.
