I did the 'fix'

Go to your AdminCP > Plugin Manager > Zoints Anonymous Forum Selection (admin_options_processing)

Find
$vbulletin->GPC['setting']
and replace it with
$settings

But it doesn't work It will not remember the forums you have selected for anon posting.
