How can I get a section in the usercp that would allow the user to hyperlink their avatar? My site is starting to get a lot of user images so I would like to be able to offer either site hosted Avatars, Member uploaded Avatars, and or Hyperlinked Avatars (like from photobucket).

Of course this will be based of the usergroup permissions as well. I have seen this done on some boards but I cant seem to figure out how to do it.
