Because it is not official released yet.

The current releases are only technical previews that are encoded and will expire after some time. I mainly released these previews for the current license holders of Storyteller CMS. Contentteller was originally version 2.0 of Storyteller CMS, but I changed the name because there is not much left from the original code base.

The official launch of the Contentteller project website is planned for next month. At this time Contentteller will be available as visible source.
