Update to 0.4.3 of Wowhead Item tooltips

Go to admincp ->options -> WoW item stats options -> enable debugging

Create a new post with an item in it ( [item]Ruby Slippers[/item] or http://wowhead.com/?item=33585 ).

go to admincp -> devlog , click on the wow item stats click, click on "wowhead_build_url"

that should look like
