The 'i' & 'o' embedded on the design plus the lettering level to 'substance' for registering...
I'm adding some electronic circuit and waiting on the copyright office for note in a derivative work.

There's an Electronic Convention here in L.A. and they have a sign who looks alike, even Staples launched service with a design alike...BUT NOT COPY & PASTE!

If I start using logo from Moderators rest assured I will get slammed;and you say 100% right?

Let's say I will open an account on his site, posting a 'Cease & Decease letter' I screenshot or download the page, he banned me or erase my post with vBulletin products, then we are talking abut liability!
But I'm using common sense, it's not the first time someone steal copyrighted work from here...
