) I can't check your installation because your homepage isn't linked. However, when you first start using adsense banners on new pages, it often takes some time for the banners to show up. This is because it takes google a bit of time to serve the ads to the page. If they are still not there after a day, pm me the link to your archive and I'll see what I can see.
