It's pretty simple to do it the normal way, as far as creating extra fields.

But together with displaying images, which directly relate to the word, chosen to represent the gender it is somewhat more difficult when you have different language. Cyrillic, etc...

So basically my question

1. Is there a way to use language veriables when creating user fields, or in this case for creating gender field?

2. Is there a way to assign a gender image not based on the chosen field name?
