looks like that in the message.
please add in your readme file that the user needs to set usergroup permissions for using the help center per usergroup.
idea:
when logged in as admin, and we goto the main helpcenter.php page, we can see some tables/information if there are new tickets or ones being worked on, instead of having to click on Closed/Open tickets, it will auto be displayed to us on that page and inside the admincp pages
