im about to check it out now. i am VERY excited about this, cuz i have asked OVER and OVER and OVER again for some1 to please make this since the 1 fell off in the 3.0 days, i dont remember which one it was, but we havent had one in a while that works with the forum....my goal is to have my users use a ticket system instead of posting problems with the site in threads in my problem forum...so ya im diggin this one. hoping it works the way i would like it to

if i think of ideas, be ready cuz i might come up with a sh!tstorm of em to add onto this thing.
