I've got an html page which loads a java applet. I'd like to paste the whole html in a thread or a post so that user permissions are retained.

The way I have it now is the html page is linked in a post, which defeats any user permission features as anyone can copy the html url and access the java applet.

When I paste the html into a thread the applet won't init.

Anyone know how to retain user permissions with a java applet? Or get the applet to init?
