AWESOME. users love this.

REQ/BUG:

I would love to see this be able to list top 3 users (eg: gold, silver, bronze) for each award category. ...or better yet, admin determined (like top X users) for every award
I have big avatars sizes on my forums. Only those who happen to have small avatars are showing up on the awards.
