I don't think there is anyway to get it unless you can find a hack he can install that makes a backup of the database and then emails it to him? I used to know of one for vb 3.0 (I think, it's been a while, so my memory may be a bit fuzzy especially since I never used that part of the script) but I don't know of one for 3.6.

If his board is only a couple of weeks old, maybe the best thing to do is to start from scratch. How many users does he already have registered?
