I am looking for a couple of hacks.

I run a photography forum and would like members to be able to let other members know how experienced they are.

The reason for this is so they get a reply to their posts that are at their level.

So members will be able to add their experience and it will be viewable to all members on the forum

Is there such a hack or one that can be modified to suit ??

Please help.
