We are currently only operating with UK carriers, however, very soon we are opening up to the rest of the world

To test, all you do is enter the username TEST and password TEST in the mobilebill settings in the admin, and this will allow you to enter any numerical password, and it will always upgrade the account your logged in as. (Unless its the admin account, so best to test it with a non admin account)
