hi i am at 3.68 installed 4.02, before i was usign 3.14. un installed old and installed new one and got this error...
Warning: mt_rand() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /includes/vb_ad_management/functions_vb_ad_management.php on line 139

second it has changed my template from rtl to left to right ....

Please any help will be appreciated...
