I want to create a couple of blank PHP pages for rules, terms of use and other custom content. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction on where I can find some good tutorial or information this.

I figured out how to just copy pages on my current site and change some elements. Doing that nothing refreshes and stays the same all the time. I'm no coder and definitely new at this. Any help would be appreciated.

I own two vBulletin licenses and I am stumped at this part.
