I have the default code for my editor_toolbar_on and im on version 3.7 RC1

but for some reason it does this wierd thing in the pictures i have attached...

the after image is when i move my mouse over each button. It stays like that and also some of the buttons are way off to the side...

Can anyone help me with this?
