in my country (israel)
its GMT+2 meaning now its 00:30
while every half a year we move the clock 1 hour later\eriler for daylight savings
but when i change the times at the admincp, it dosent change the forums clock,
so i thought to myself
mabye i didnt change my usercp clock, but its setup good.
i dont understand how to i make my forum time be 1 hour late, for guests and members as one?
