ok.. love the skin.

sorry for the n00b question, but:

how do you update teh navbar easily? I find it very difficult to figure out where and what to do to add navigation menu elements (esp. drop down menus). I believe that its controlled in the header and header include...but that leaves us n00bs in the dark

I'd love if this could be converted to have the navbar just be the default location to make both upgrades and add-on/modifications easier for us n00bs
