Hi
Can any one help me how do i install web text editor in my new theme? I install web text editor in defult theme it working fine! when i install new theme and it not show up! so how do i fix that?

web text editor !mean

When user reply post or make new thread they can use the mouse n key in the character!! in to input field!!
