Did that and so far all I found was the ability for an individual user to create albums underneathe their own profile.

Unless I am missing something that does not look like a community photo gallery where I could post albums for events or add them under forums for visibility. It looks more like a personal facebook type gallery then a community wide "forum" for posts of the type - images
