<font color="darkgreen">It is a problem with the hardware manufacturers not updating their drivers yet. Most are updated but some are not. So Mcrosoft has made Windows Update detect if you have any of the incompatible drivers. If it finds you do then it will not present SP-1 to you. Supossed to be my Mid April when all drivers should be updated.

Performance improvements are indeed true. If someone is having slower performance then I would question their system specs and if their drivers are certified for Vista or not because you can also manually download SP-1 and install in which case if you have incompatible drivers it will not prevent you from installing SP-1.</font>
