I just checked and they are the same.. what ever is on SMF settings.php is on the config file of vBulletin

I did ask Jerry in vBulletin but it takes him 24 hrs to reply. I cant wait that long. My forum has been down for maintenance for a week now

Yes SMF setting.php file has the same info as my vBulletins config file
