Hey everyone, need some advice.

Have a look at the attachements first to see what I'm referring to. I want to make my forum similar to that for whenever posting a new thread. At the moment what you see is an example of the writing for Windows Vista 32 bit and 64bit (both have bullet points) when you click on the bullet point say for 32 bit, in the subject area it pops up [32] like that.

Where can I find one to have something like this happen for topic wise? So I can customise it.

Is it a bit of coding or a modification? Any advice?
