You should not be on that screen unless you are trying to change something for that product.

If you are just trying to install a modification, you should go to Plugins & Products > Manage Products and on the very bottom of that screen it says "[Add/Import Product]" and you want to click on that. Then, on the top of that screen where it says "Import Product" you would go and click Browse and find the .xml file of the product you want to install and then hit Import.
