I could've sworn I ran across something like this some time ago but searching today for 'quote reply' and similar phrases is coming back with way too many false hits.

Essentially I'm looking for a way of requiring that when a person responds in forums x, y, & z that they are required to use the quote function.

Ideally the full modification would be 'If the forum ID is x, y, & z then disable the quick reply box on Show Thread (or automatically quote the post that Quick Reply was used on) and require a quote tag when replying.'

Does anybody remember coming across at least the first part, requiring a quote when replying?
