Well you can...just go to Admin CP > User Ranks > Add New User Rank.

Select the Admin usergroup, set minimum posts to 0 and add the image url of the image you like. Save...

Then under the User Rank Manager, re calculate the rankings by clicking update user titles and ranks and that's it.
