[Winter Solution]

I am working with a client that has a less than savvy user base. As lot of support attention is paid to managing passwords as people have difficult following a multistep password reset. I am looking to idiot proof this as much as possible, even if it means less security.

Can I modify the lostpw phrase to simply Email the person their existing password? If I can't do that, can I simplify the randomly generated passwords?

Any suggestions to limit the number of steps would be appreciated. I would greatly prefer options that don't require code modification beyond customizing phrases.
