Hmm well the problem could be the MySQL back end ... but I am not sure.

I don't know if this is really relevant but you can do a Suspect File scan to see if you have any odd files within your vb file folder on the server. This option is under the Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics. Check with your server admin to see how to correct the MySQL errors before relaunching. In my opinion though, once the files have been replaced, the updated information should appear.
