Does something like this exist?

I want to add a section to my forum where it reads RSS feeds which are basically the new posts of several forums that I like to visit. The user would visit the forum section and be able to read the RSS feeds as new posts within each particular section. Does something like this exist as a mod and how hard would this be to implement?
