Do some testing and I thinks its working fine now, I will try to explain how, my english is not very well.

When I got to my forum the url in the browser is http://www.myforum.com for example, when I got in the arcade the www was not there, so I go to my acp/options/Sitename URL Contact Details... and there I set for my forum url and url homepage www.mysite.com.

So far this is working for me...
