A minor suggestion: IMO you can remove "maxversion" part in the XML file, because the hack works fine with vb 3.7.0 beta 5 but can't be installed with this line. If you remove the line and install it, it has no problems.

it does work actully ,

but u will face some problems(errors) in 3.7.x , when trying to update or change the Email from the user cp , (if u turn on verify email when updating it from usercp).

ps : installed on 3.7 beta 5 , but i had to turn of email verfication when updating it from usercp so i wont have any errors .
