I just installed it and each step look ok, but I can not find the way to create categories.

Some other members also asked the same here but still no answer, could someone kindly tell me where should I go to create categories?

OK, I got the answer by myself.
1st go to "vBullrtin Options" to set VBFClassifieds
Then you MUST Refesh your browser to display the "VBFClassifieds" Menu. You would never find the Menu untill refesh the browser
