actually, for a 3 months old forum, you're good for some reasons:

1- the design fits the usage... you did not use a pre-made forum, very efficient choice
2- you have solid descriptions of your forum, well turned topics and focussed content
3- you have 384+ members in 3 months... some sites are 2 years old and have difficulties to keep their 100 members...

... you may finish the construction of the style, by deleting the rested icons that are obviously not fitting the red design... that may be the only negative point i can give today.
