How can blogger of vblog use their own adsense code for their own blog????

How can I use different adsense accounts for different blogs?

I want to give each blogger the possibility to use own adsense code for his/her blog.

The bloggers ads can be either inside the postings or outside the postings within the own blog of the blogger.

Any idea? Dont know how to do it. Just know how to apply 1 code to all blogs.
