Hi... I'm new here !!!

Just wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a plugin for VB, that will sort of manage " bad or peple who have had bad experiences" from online sites.

What I am trying to do is have an area where people can report bad experiences or good experiences from various dealers.

Example: I run a forum that advertisers sell product X. Members buy these products, however, some of the dealers are not 100% honest. I'd like to set something up as a measurement on those dealers.
