i have group called "new members", This group is not authorized to use PM
The Admin can write to this group through PM,
and they read the letter through the reporting via email .

The problem is that when the supervisors or observers try to write to one of the members of this group they got the following message:
"This member chose not to receive PM "

Is this characteristic can be granted (send message to members of this group) for supervisors and observers as it is for Admin
